Include the app version, Android version and a short description of the issue. Do not send Instagram credentials, private messages or card information.

Manage a subscription

Purchases are managed by Google Play. Use Google Play subscriptions to cancel or manage renewal. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore on the app’s paywall with the Google Play account that made the purchase.

Public data availability

Only information available from the connected public-data service can be shown. A missing list, story or profile is not evidence that someone hid activity. Private profiles, story-viewer identities and exact online status are not available.

Delete data

Delete saved stories in the app. Clear app storage in Android Settings to remove local preferences, watchlist and baselines. For provider-held records, send a privacy request to the support email above.
